PRISM Training Workshops
Two day workshops can be provided. Workshops while providing an overview of the development of PRISM have as their main objectives the equipping of each participant with enough knowledge and confidence to apply the tool. The workshop thus includes information on the content and administration of the PRISM. Case studies are used to illustrate how to rate each risk factor, how to make appropriate risk formulations and how to make appropriate recommendations for risk intervention. An emphasis is given to the practical issues that have to be considered when making a PRISM assessment of an organisation.
